Half leather over marbled boards, vellum-reinforced corners. 5 raised bands on the spine and two gilt-stamped title tickets.
Complete with 8 maps, 25 plates and 4 engraved vignettes. Also with a hand-drawn map on the rear of one of the maps.

In fair condition: Both the spines with quite some wormholes in them. Volume one with damage to the front cover. Boards rubbed and with some scuffmarks. Insides fine, but with long manuscript annotations on the ffep. and rear blanks.
