De Kleine Print-Bybel, Waarin door verscheide af-beeldingen een meenigte van Bybelsche spreuken verklaart worden. Tot vermaak der Jeugd, en om te leeren elke zaak naauwkeurig af te schetzen, en by haaren regten naam te noemen; ook de spreuken der H. Schrift by na zonder moeite in het geheugen te brengen. Uit de Hoogduitsche in de Hollandsche taal overgezet.

Contemporary half calf over speckled boards. Five raised bands to the spine, with gilt ruling. Gilt title on a morocco title shield on the spine.
Illustrated Bible for children: each numbered plate is headed by a Biblical citation and contains the relevant passage rendered as a rebus; a letter-press key follows at end of volume.

In good condition. The spine and board edges rubbed and mildly worn. Binding intact and tight, insides clean, with minimal scattered marginal soiling. Small damages to the paper of the descriptive key in the rear of the book (with some repairs). A few of the plates (most notably 64, 65) with repaired marginal paper damage (not affecting image).
