Biography engraver: Claes Jansz. Visscher II (1586-1652) was a Dutch engraver and cartographer known for his detailed prints and maps. He often collaborated with other artists to create landscapes and maritime scenes. His works are celebrated for their artistic and technical precision.

Biography artist: Cornelis Claesz. van Wieringen (1577-1633) was a Dutch painter and draughtsman known for his maritime works. He had a profound understanding of naval architecture and coastal scenes, which is evident in his art.
