Made by Jean-Joseph Balechou after Jacques-Andre-Joseph Aved.

Medium: engraving / etching with hand colouring on hand laid (verge) paper.

Biography engraver: Jean-Joseph Balechou (1715 – 1765) was a French engraver.

Biography artist: Jacques-Andre-Joseph Aved (1702 – 1766), also called le Camelot (The Hawker) and Avet le Batave (The Dutch Avet), was a French painter of the 18th century and one of the main French Rococo portraitists.
