Medium: Crayon drawing on blue wove (vellin) paper.

Sheet size: 44 x 50 cm (17.32 x 19.69 inch). Image size: 40 x 45 cm. (15.75 x 17.72 inch).

Condition: good, given age. Light foxing, creasing and soiling. Several small tears in the paper edges, not effecting the image. General age-related toning and/or occasional minor defects from handling. Please study scan carefully.

– Johannes Franciscus Paul Chantal (1821?1863): Dutch artist renowned for historical and portrait works, another son of Antoine Jean Louis Chantal.

– Elise Marie Louise Chantal (1817?1895): French-Dutch lithographer. likely the daughter of Antoine Jean Louis Chantal.

– Virginie Susanne Chantal (1814?1887): French-Dutch lithographer. likely another daughter of Antoine Jean Louis Chantal.
