Antique print, untitled. The holy family resting on the flight to Egypt. Rare, from a series of 27 prints after drawings mentioned by Le Blanc.Artists and Engravers: Made by ‘L. Garreau’ after ‘Perino del Vaga’. L. Garreau was active in Amsterdam around 1786. This may be the same artist as Louis Garreau. Perino del Vaga (Italian. 1501-1547) was a late Renaissance or Mannerist artist, who originated from Florence.

Condition: Very good, given age. Small margins. General age-related toning and/or occasional minor defects from handling. Please study scan carefully.
