Made by Fransen after own design. We have not been able to further identify this artist. However, the print is definitely part of the Dutch trend of etching city views in the early 20th century.

Condition: Very good, given age. Some faint soiling in the margins. Image fine. General age-related toning and/or occasional minor defects from handling. Please study scan carefully.
