Original engraved print, showing: “Onderaardse Grafkelders op d’Appiaanse weg omtrent Roome gevonden” (undergound tombs found in the vicinty of Rome, on the Via Appia/Appian Way). Besides views of the insides of tombs, it also shows “Cieraden der onderaardse Grafwelfzels” (decorations of the underground tombs). From: Cunaeus’: ‘Republyk der Hebreen.’ (Republic of the Hebrews). Condition: Very good given age, some general age-related toning, small stain to the lower margin (affecting the caption). Folds, as issued. Please study scan carefully.
