Subject: Antique print, titled: ‘Goethe’ – An en face portrait of Johann Wolfgang von Goethe, (1749-1832), a German writer and statesman. Signed and titled in pencil below the image.
Condition: Excellent, given age. Print in matting. A small stain in the lower margin (below matting). General age-related toning and/or occasional minor defects from handling. Please study scan carefully.
Medium: Linocut on wove paper.
