Antique print, untitled. Two men leading donkeys or mules past a mountain. A dog to the left. Source unknown, to be determined.Artists and Engravers: Made by an anonymous engraver after ‘Nicolaes Berchem’. Nicolaes Berchem (1620-1683) was one of the most famous animal painters of the 17th. Century. His work was highly admired and collected.
Condition: Very good, given age. Some small stains in margin. General age-related toning and/or occasional minor defects from handling. Please study scan carefully.
