Antique print, titled: ‘Lambert Bidloo’, Portrait of the historian, poet and pharmacist Lambert Bidloo. From a set of 200 portraits of Dutch poets and scientists, titled ‘Panpoeticon Batavum’.Artists and Engravers: Made by A. van Halen after own design. Arnoud van Halen (ca. 1650-1732).
Condition: Very good, given age. Margins cropped to the plate mark. Attached to carrier sheet. A small nick in the top edge of the image (closed by attachment to carrier). General age-related toning and/or occasional minor defects from handling. Please study scan carefully.
