Biography engraver: Peter Floetner (Thurgau 1485 – Nuremberg 1546) was a German Renaissance artist and printmaker, known for his ornamental designs and woodcuts, often used as models for goldsmiths, sculptors, and craftsmen. Active in Nuremberg in the early 16th century.
