Description
Subject: Antique print, titled: ‘Farmer’s Feast’, Drinking, singing and revelling farmers/peasants seen through the window of an inn. One is playing a fiddle, while the central figures tries to kiss the woman beside him.
Condition: Good, given age. A horizontal crease in the image, with a pinprick hole in the middle. A little paper loss and tear in right margin, closed with acid free tape. General age-related toning and/or occasional minor defects from handling. Please study scan carefully.
Medium: Mezzotint on hand laid (verge) paper.
