Bound in half green morocco, with marbled boards and leather foredges, gilt lettering on the spine. Bound by David Simaleavich of Binderij Phoenix.
The text was edited by Marijke Stapert-Eggen and Frank Ligtvoet.

Illustrated with a frontispiece, colour lithograph, signed in pencil.
