Made by ‘Jean Baptiste Madou’ after ‘Andreas Schelfhout’. Lithographer: Jean Baptiste Madou (1796-1877) originated from Brussels. He is considered to be one of the pioneers of lithography in Belgium. Printer: Ambroise Jobard (active around 1830) was a Belgian lithographer, active in Brussels and Amsterdam.
Condition: Good, given age. Light creasing and denting. Some remains of paper on rear from attachment. General age-related toning and/or occasional minor defects from handling. Please study scan carefully.
