This attractive print was pyblished by K.L. Wildenow in ‘Hortus Berolinensis’ from 1803-1816. This was page 87 from the book.
Made by ‘Friedrich Guimpel’ after ‘K.L. Wildenow’. Friedrich Guimpel (1774-1839) was engraver, botanical illustrator, artist and professor at the Berlin Academy of Arts.
Condition: Good, given age. Some stains in lower right corner because of turning pages from the book, brownish paper, stains in the left and upper margin, fold in lower right corner. General age-related toning and/or occasional minor defects from handling. Please study scan carefully.
