This plate shows Symphalangus syndactylus or Siamang, a gibbon monkey species.
Made by P.W.M. Trap after Theo van Hoytema.
Medium: Lithograph on wove (vellin) paper.
Sheet size: 23 x 14.5 cm (9.06 x 5.71 inch).
Condition: good, given age. Edges with a few tiny tears, not affecting image area. General age-related toning and/or occasional minor defects from handling. Please study scan carefully.
