This is an original antique print of the Feast of Tabernacles, engraved by Christoffel van Sichem, from ‘t Schat der zielen’ , a Jesuit work about the life of Christ, published by Jacobsz Paets, Amsterdam in 1648. The image on reverse shows the Parable of the King. This work (5 parts) contains woodblocks by v. Sichem, after Bolswert, Goltzius, M. v. Heemskerck, L. v. Leyden, the Sadeler’s brothers, the brothers Wierx and others. This antique woodblock was printed in 1648 and is in fine condition, except for common discoloring by age. The sheet size is 7 inch x 4 1/4 inch. The image sizes are about 4 inch x 4 inch.
