This attractive print was first published in 1632. This is a later ed.
Made by ‘Jan Joris van der Vliet’ after own design. Jan Joris van der Vliet was a Dutch etcher, engraver, draughtsman and painter. Active c. 1628-1637 in Leiden, in 1632 he visited Antwerp. He was a collaborator of Rembrandt in Leiden. He worked also in Delft.
Condition: Good, given age. Remains of glue in the corners. Light soiling. General age-related toning and/or occasional minor defects from handling. Please study scan carefully.
