Ref: De Vesme 1008.Artists and Engravers: Made by ‘Stefano della Bella’ after own design. Stefano Della Bella (1610-1664) originated from Florence and was later active as a graphic artist in Paris. He produced a wide variety of prints, with all kinds of subjectmatter. His prints were very popular and widely copied by printpublishers.
Condition: Good, given age. Thread margins. Two small stains in the lower edge of the image. Minimal paper loss in the lower left margin. A crease in the top edge of the image. General age-related toning and/or occasional minor defects from handling. Please study scan carefully.
