This attractive print originates from the 1613 edition of ‘Discrittione di tutti i Paesi Bassi’, by L. Guicciardini, published by J. Janssonius. This work was published in various editions from 1581-1648.

Made by ‘Frans Hogenberg’ after ‘various sources’. Lodovico Guicciardini (1521-1589)

Condition: Good, given age. Brown spot upper margin, brownish edges not effecting the image, fold as published. General age-related toning and/or occasional minor defects from handling. Please study scan carefully.
