Antique print, titled: ‘Germany with the seven United Provinces.’ – A map of Germany with the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland and Austria. Source unknown, to be determined.Artists and Engravers: Made by an anonymous engraver after ‘Thomas Kitchin’. Thomas Kitchin (or Thomas Kitchen (1718 – 1784) was an English engraver and cartographer, who became hydrographer to the king. He was also an author, who wrote about the history of the West Indies.

Condition: Very good, given age. Original folds, as issued. Left and right margin reinforced using contemporary paper backed with acid free archival tape, for framing purposes. General age-related toning and/or occasional minor defects from handling. Please study scan carefully.
