This print shows the funeral procession of Princess Anna van Hannover, crown princess of Great Britain, buried in Delft, 23 February 1759. We see the noblemen of her royal highness passing the street Vlamingstraat (written in pencil) in Delft, The Netherlands. Many people leaning out of their windows to see the procession. This print is one of a series.

Biography engraver: Simon Fokke (1712?1784) was a Dutch designer, etcher, and engraver. Born in Amsterdam, he was a pupil of J. C. Philips, and was chiefly employed by booksellers to engrave small portraits and vignettes. .
