Medium: Crayon style lithograph, finished with hand colouring and arabic gum. on wove (vellin) paper.

Condition: good, given age. Light foxing. Light ghosting from previous matting. . General age-related toning and/or occasional minor defects from handling. Please study scan carefully.

Biography engraver: Anton Weiss (1801-1851), a Austrian lithographer and painter of still lives of flowers, fruit and feral. He studied in Amsterdam under J.A. Daiwaille. Desguerrois was a Dutch lithographic publisher (active 1813-1874).
