Made by ‘Frederik Bouttats’ after an anonymous artist. Frederik Bouttats II (1610-1676), the younger, was a Flemish printmaker. Engraver and illustrator; active in Antwerp, mainly portraits and illustration for publisher in Cologne. Son and pupil of Frederik Bouttats the Elder; brother of Gaspar, Gerard, Jacob and Filibert. 1643 ‘wynmeester’ of St Luke Guild.

Condition: Very good, given age. General age-related toning and/or occasional minor defects from handling. Please study scan carefully.
