Plate 92: ‘Chrysostomos gebeente te Konstantinopolen begraaven’ (Chrysostomos’ bones buried in Constantinople). It shows: A coffin with Chrysostomos’ bones being lowered into the ground by a group of devotees. This original engraving originates from ‘Tafereelen der eerste Christenen, bestaande in 92 konstprenten’ (Scenes of the first Christians, in 92 prints). This book was published in 1740 in Amsterdam by Gerrity de Groot and Jacobus Rijkhof. The prints by Luyken are accompanied by texts by P. Langendyk and C.
