Made by Heawood after Snyders.

Medium: Handcoloured engraving. on wove (vellin) paper.

Sheet size: 27.2 x 20.5 cm (10.71 x 8.07 inch). Image size: 19 x 16.5 cm. (7.48 x 6.5 inch).

Condition: good, given age. Light ghosting from previous matting. General age-related toning and/or occasional minor defects from handling. Please study scan carefully.

Biography engraver: Thomas Heawood (c.1810-c.1870) was a British engraver. Frans Snyders (1579-1657) was a Flemish painter of animals and still lifes.
