Condition: very good, given age. The print is in very good condition with minimal signs of wear, and the paper shows slight yellowing along the edges. General age-related toning and/or occasional minor defects from handling. Please study scan carefully.

Biography engraver: Jacques-Philippe Le Bas (1707-1783) was a French engraver known for his detailed landscape etchings. He was appointed as the engraver of the King’s cabinet and produced works based on both contemporary and classical artworks.
Biography artist: Salomon van Ruysdael (1600-1670) was a Dutch Golden Age landscape painter, known for his river views and seascapes. He was one of the leading artists of the Haarlem School.
