Biography engraver: Jean Francois Janinet (1752-1814) was a French engraver specializing in high-quality color prints. He was a pupil of Bonnet and known for his innovations in printing techniques.
Biography artist: Adriaen van Ostade (1610-1685) was a Dutch Golden Age painter and etcher known for his depictions of peasant life. A student of Frans Hals, he influenced many, including Jan Steen and Cornelis Dusart.
