BACKGROUND INFORMATION
Source: unknown, to be determined.
Biography engraver: Thomas Vivares (c.1750-1836) was a Britisch engraver. Son of Francis (who is said to have had 31 children), for whom he often worked. Dibdin’s Reminiscences II 1836, p.789, refers to Vivares as still being alive at the age of 85, dependent on a small government annuity: hence the dates given here.
