Description
This is a satirical print titled “De Praagse rarekiek” from 1742. It depicts a scene where Cardinal Fleury is dividing the land of Austria, Bohemia, and Silesia among the allies while Archduchess Maria Theresia is forced to watch. The figures in the illustration have speech balloons. This is an allegory of the War of Austrian Succession. The print is copied from an anonymous English example titled “The Cardinals Master-Piece, or Europe in a Flurry,” published by Thomas Cooper in London in 1741.
Made by an anonymous engraver after Jan Lam-Cooper.

Condition: good, given age. Old fold lines and creasing. General age-related toning and/or occasional minor defects from handling. Please study scan carefully.
