Biography engraver: Bernard Lepicie (1698-1755) was a French engraver and printer who became a member of the Academie Royale. Known for his portrait engravings, he contributed to numerous academic and royal projects.
Biography artist: Jean-Francois Delyen (1684-1761) was a French portrait painter and pupil of Hyacinthe Rigaud. He produced academic portraits and historical compositions for the French court and institutions.
