Artists and Engravers: Made by Arthur Pond after Parmigiano. Arthur Pond (1705-1758) was an English painter and engraver. He was most succesful as a portrait painter, but he also made engravings after Old Masters. Francesco Mazzuoli Parmigiano (1504-—1540) is one of the most noted of Correggio’s followers, but falls far behind his master.
