Biography engraver: Reinier Vinkeles (1741-1816) was a Dutch draughtsman and engraver, highly regarded for theatrical prints and book illustrations. Harmanus Vinkeles (1762-1831), his son, was a prominent engraver known for historical, architectural, and stage-related subjects.
Biography artist: Hermanus Numan (1744-1820) was a Dutch painter and stage designer, active as a decorator for theatrical scenery and known for architectural and urban compositions.
