Medium: Etching/Engraving on hand laid (verge) paper.
Sheet size: 34.1 x 29.5 cm (13.43 x 11.61 inch).
Condition: good, given age. Thin paper spots. Paper edges a bit chipped with some damage of bottom middle/right, backed. Some surface damage. General age-related toning and/or occasional minor defects from handling. Please study scan carefully.

Biography engraver: Benoit Audran (1698-1772), called the Younger, to distinguish him from his uncle Benoit Audran the Elder, was a French artist born in Paris in 1698, and died there in 1772. He was the son and pupil of Jean Audran, and engraved in the same manner as his father. He engraved prints after Paolo Veronese, Poussin, Natoire, Lancret, Watteau, and other French artists.
Biography artist: Francesco Albani or Albano (17 March or 17 August 1578 – 4 October 1660) was an Italian Baroque painter who was active in Bologna (1591-1600), Rome (1600-1609), Bologna (1609), Viterbo (1609-1610), Bologna (1610), Rome (1610-1617), Bologna (1618-1660), Mantova (1621-1622), Roma (1623-1625) and Florence (1633).
