Made by ‘Jan Gillisz van Vliet’ after own design. Jan Gillisz van Vliet (1605 ? 1668), was a Dutch Golden Age painter and Rembrandt pupil, whose paintings are no longer attributed to him with any certainty. Today he is known only for his drawings and prints.
Condition: Good, given age. Some crinkles and creases. Some tiny worm holes, hardly visible on recto. Paper loss top right corner; backed. A few small spots. Acidification due to ink used for lettering causing paper breakage and small holes. General age-related toning and/or occasional minor defects from handling. Please study scan carefully.
