At centre two putti support an emblem bearing the Orange tree. Architectural framing with classical columns and rich symbolic attributes reflecting dynastic hope and national renewal.

Biography engraver: Gerrit Sibersma (active 1747-1749) was an 18th-century printmaker from Groningen active in Amsterdam.
