Antique drawing, untitled. Original drawing of a scene with a couple scared by a chimney sweep / cleaner. A tool is lying on the ground and probably fell throught the chimney. A calf is standing next to the sweep. From a collection of drawings by Sundblad (see other listings). Signed and numbered no. 7. Artists and Engravers: Made by ‘Gustav Sundblad’ after own design. Gustav Sundblad (Augsburg 1835-1891) was a German draftsman and lithographer active in Munich and Leipzig. He was a student of J.M. Veit.
Condition: Very good, given age. Remains of previous attachment on rear. Sheet atached to slightly larger sheet. General age-related toning and/or occasional minor defects from handling. Please study scan carefully.
