Made by Etienne Fessard after Carle Vanloo. Etienne Fessard (1714-1777) was a French engraver from Paris. He collaborated with the Comte de Caylus.  Mellay is only known for the design of this print. Charles-Andre van Loo (1705-1765) was a French painter, the younger brother of Jean-Baptiste van Loo.

Condition: Good, given age. Ample margins, sharp central fold, colored. General age-related toning and/or occasional minor defects from handling. Please study scan carefully.
