Medium: Etching on hand laid (verge) paper.

Sheet size: 6.8 x 8 cm (2.68 x 3.15 inch). Image size: 6 x 7.5 cm. (2.36 x 2.95 inch).

Condition: fair, given age. Soiling probably from use in a silver workshop. General age-related toning and/or occasional minor defects from handling. Please study scan carefully.

Biography engraver: Anonymous Dutch silversmith-engraver likely working in Groningen or the northern Netherlands, early 18th century. Possibly connected to the workshop of Focko Raerda.
