This attractive print was printed as an enclosure of the translation from H. van Oordt’s Berichten, no.12. H. van Oordt Lauwerent a consul in Kobe, Japan by that time. This Berichten was published in the Bataviaasch Weekblad 24 october1907 (see Kuiper 2017, p.1089). Originally published in the small booklet: In?kom? Itchiran (short explanation of rice culture and processing). Ref: Koos (P.N.) Kuiper (17 July 2017).
