Description
A standing man is fighting two men and women on horseback. He has lifted the headpiece harnass of a horse.
Made by Hans Sebald Beham after own design. Age: c.1518-1530.
Medium: Engraving on hand laid (verge) paper. Very nice impression.
Sheet size: 9.2 x 4.8 cm.
Condition: very good, given age. Short margins as usual. Top right corner with small tear, backed. Some remains of paper on rear from previous attachment. General age-related toning and/or occasional minor defects from handling. Please study scan carefully.
