Made by Pieter Schenck after own design. Pieter/ Petrus Schenk / Schenck the elder (1660-1711/1713), a very important German engraver and cartographer active in Amsterdam and Leipzig. One of his specialties was the mezzotint.

Condition: Fair, given age. Thread margins with slight paper loss. Thin spots and a few small holes visible on verso. General age-related toning and/or occasional minor defects from handling. Please study scan carefully.
