Certiciate of the Koninklijke Nederlandsche Voetbalbond.

Probably a design by Johan Christoffel Pieter Willem Apollo Steenkamp (1865-1955) a Dutch Officer at the artillery in the Dutch army and a draftsman and watercolorist of heraldry, commorative certificates, ex-libris and landscapes. (mentioned in Scheen) He was also an author on heraldry and grave monument reference / collection works.
