From: ‘Histoire Generale des Voyages, de M. l’Abbe Prevot, Abregee et redigee sur un nouveau plan …’, by Jean-Francois de La Harpe, published in Paris 1780-86 by Hotel de Thou. This is La Harpe’s abridgement of Antoine-Francois Prevost’s history of voyages (from 1746), which he edited and updated in 21 initial volumes and two additional volumes on Cook’s third voyage, sometimes published with a seperate Atlas volume.
Jean-Francois de La Harpe ou Delharpe (1739-1803) was a French writer and critic of Suiss descent.

Larger plates and maps appear identical to Prevost views / maps.
