Made by William Bond after Henry Singleton. William Bond (act. 1772-1827) was an English engraver. William studied stipple engraving under Bartolozzi. His first work was published in 1772, and he continued engraving until 1807. He was President of the Society of Engravers. Henry Singleton (1766-1839) was an English painter, born into an artistic family in London. He was mainly known for his portraits.

Condition: Excellent, given age. General age-related toning and/or occasional minor defects from handling. Please study scan carefully.
