Condition: fair, given age. Brownish. Hole in upper right corner bached by acid free tape, creases in upper right corner. Text in pencil on reverse. Diagonal crease. General age-related toning and/or occasional minor defects from handling. Please study scan carefully.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION
This attractive print was published in 1653, (on the plate.).
Biography engraver: Karel Dujardin (Amsterdam, 1622-1678, Venice) was a Dutch painter and engraver. He is supposed to have been a student of Berchem. From 1640 to 1650 he is situated in Rome, before returning to the Netherlands. In 1675 he would return to Italy, and die in Venice.
