Plate : ‘Treslong – Tseeraerts, 1572.’ This plate shows Willem Bloys van Treslong (1529 – 1594), a nobleman and one of the leaders of the Watergeuzen / Sea Beggars in the 80 years war. On the right Jerome Tseraerts (1540 – 1573), a nobleman from Brabant in the Netherlands. This original antique print was published in The Netherlands by Emrik and Binger, 1872.Artists and Engravers: J. Hilverdink (1813-1902), artist.
