This old antique engraved copperplate print originates from ‘Katechismus der Natuur’ published in 1779 in amsterdam by J. Allart. This popular work was used in schools in The Netherlands until the 20th century. RB-427

Made by ‘N. van de Meer’ after ‘J.A. Kaldenbach’. Johannes Florentius Martinet (1729 – 1795), Dutch historian, writer, theologian.

Condition: Good, given age. Overall light foxing and light creasing. General age-related toning and/or occasional minor defects from handling. Please study scan carefully.
