From: “Stam- en wapenboek van aanzienlijke Nederlandsche familiën met genealogische en heraldische aanteekeningen.”, by A.A. Vorsterman van Oijen, published in Groningen by J.B. Wolters, 1885-1890. The standard work for heraldry of the Netherlands. Slogan: Virtus nobilitatis decus.

Made by J. Wenning after an anonymous artist. No mention of lithographer, but given the simularity to Rietstap’s work on the heraldry of Dutch noble families, likely by Johannes Wenning (1864-1919) who was a Dutch draughtsman and calligrapher.

Condition: Very good, given age. Sizes vary. indicated size is approximate. General age-related toning and/or occasional minor defects from handling. Please study scan carefully.
